摘 要: 汽车企业实施虚拟经营,正逐步成为许多汽车企业迅速发展的有效手段。虚拟经营的特点包括以信息技术为支撑、构建紧密的价值链等方面;业务外包是其主要方式。进行虚拟经营要树立“共赢”的企业合作观念,建立快速反应的竞争理念,培养汽车企业核心能力。进行虚拟经营有利于汽车企业提高竞争能力。 Implementing a virtual operotion in automotive enterprises is becoming gradually an effective approach to make an automotive enterprise speed up its development. The virtual operation has the features of information technology support, close value link and etc. Its main operation type is business contract to outside. The cooperative concept of 'co-benefit' enterprises and competition idea of rapid response must be set up for virtual operation and foster the core ability of an enterprise. The virtual operation is beneficial to improve the competition ability of an automotive enterprise.
