摘 要: 以家蚕非温敏性蚕种、温敏性蚕种及其杂种一代为研究对象 ,对其蚕卵分别进行高温干燥与常温常湿催青处理 ,研究了蚕胚胎各发育阶段超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、羧酸酯酶、海藻糖酶等活力变化 ,探索高温干燥与常温常湿催青对这些酶活性的影响 ,并以酶活力的大小比较了杂交亲本与其杂种一代对高温干燥与常温常湿的耐受能力 。 In this test,the silkworm eggs of non-temperature-sensitivity variety,temperature-sensitivity varieties and their first generation hybrids were used as studying materials,incubating under high temperature and low humidity (HTLH,30℃,RH60%) and normal temperature and humidity (NTNH 25℃,RH80%) conditions ,the activity variations of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalyase (CAT),peroxidase (POD),carboxylesterase,trehalase of silkworm embryo during development stages were studied to probe the influence on the activities of there enzymes under HTLH and NTNH conditions.Compared the endurance of hybrids own and their first generation under HTLH and NTNH conditions with the activities of enzymes,the physical influence on the silkworm embryonic development under different incubating conditions were analysed.
