摘 要: 自我尊重是一个系统的、有层次的、动态的同步综合信息加工系统 ,由潜在自我尊重、社会自我尊重与元自我尊重三个层次组成 ,其中每一层次的功能都建立在它下一层次的功能基础之上 ,同时在运作中又相互协调、相互支持。在我国的学校教育中 ,自我尊重一直没有受到应有的重视 ,这在一定程度上影响了学生创新精神的培养和各方面的充分发展。因此 ,必须适时倡导以尊重学生个性为突出特征的“尊重的教育”。 In this article, the author puts forward the viewpoint that self respect is an important psychological resource for school education. Self respect is a systematic, multileveled, dynamic and synchronous mechanism of information processing, comprising three aspects: potential self respect, socialized self respect and meta self respect. The function of each level is based on the function of the lower level, but the functions at the three levels coordinates and supports each other in practical operation. For a long time, the cultivation of self respect has not given due emphasis in school education in China, which has to certain extent hindered the cultivation of students' sense of innovation and their all round development. Therefore, it is of necessity to advocate the “respect oriented education” with respect to each student's personality as the key feature.
