摘　　要： 本文在建立的MoO_4^(2-)-I^--As(Ⅲ)-Luminol化学发光体系测定痕量As(Ⅲ)的基础上,利用巯基棉对As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)完全不同的吸附性能分离As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ),首次建立了痕量价态砷的化学发光分析法,检测限达到4×10^(-10)gAs/ml。分离手续简便,分析速度快。应用于实际水样分析,回收率在97％～107％之间。 A new highly sensitive chemiluminescence(CL) method was developed for the determination of As(Ⅲ), based on the CL reaction of MoO_4^(2-)-I^--luminol catalyzed by As(Ⅲ).As(Ⅲ) can be separated from As(Ⅴ)and other ions on the column of the sulfhydryl cotton, then As(Ⅴ) can be changed into As(Ⅲ) by reducing reagent. The linear range for the determination of As was 1×10^(-3)～10μg/ml and the detection limit was 4.0×10^(-10)g/ml.
