摘　　要： 内地与香港无论在经贸、物流、资讯以及人才、文化等方面的合作关系都离不开货币资金流的互动。实现观念更新,寻找现实途径,将两地金融合作推向更高水平,是两地共创繁荣的关键所在。 The interaction of curren cy and cash flow is a necessity for any cooperation between the mainland and Hon g Kong in trade,logistics,human resources and culture.The prosperity of both the mainland and Hong Kong lies in the further development of financial coopera tion between the two.Therefore it is necessary to innovate our thinking and fi nd effective means to promote such cooperation.
