摘　　要： 本文记述呆蓟马属Ananphothrips Uzel在中国共记录有4种,包括1新种:杨呆蓟马A.populi.sp.nov.及1新记录种:菜呆蓟马A.floralis Karny,并附4个种的检索表。 This present paper deals with four species of the genus Andphothrips from China. Am-ong them, one species A. floralis Karny is recorded as new to China, and another one is described as new to science. A synoptic key to the four species including distributions and hosts is provided. Type specimens and other specimens are deposited in the Insects Collection of the South China Agricultural University.Anaphothrips populi sp. nov. (figs. 1-7)Female: Length 1.1-1.2mm. Body brown including antennae and legs, ocellar crescent red. Antennae 8-segmented, segment Ⅵ has oblique lines in apical region. Fore wing uniform greyish brown, fore vein with 4+4 or 4+4+1 basal and 1+2 or 2+2 apical setae, hind vein with 12-13 setae. Comb on posterior margin of abdominal tergite Ⅷ apparently complete.Male: Unknown.Host plant: Populus sp.Holotype, ♀, Huixian Co. (35.4°N, 113.7°E), Henan Prov., Apr. 6, 1979, collected by Shi Sheng-fu on leaves of Populus sp., paratypes 35♀♀, ditto.The new species is closely related to Anaphothrips obscurus (Muller), but differs in body brown in colour including antennae and legs head shorter than pronotum, hind vein of the fore wing with 12-13 setae. While, A. obscurus body uniformly yellow or orange in color including legs, head as long as pronotum, hind vein of the forewing with 8-9 setae.
