摘 要: 作为一种非常有吸引力的稠油热采新工艺,井下蒸汽发生器在美国一些油田已有应用.本文阐述了井下蒸汽发生器的结构特点及方案构思,研究了燃烧室的回流区、流场及温度场等,讨论了各因素对燃烧的影响.为高压燃烧井下蒸发器的设计提供了可靠的依据. Under-ground steam generators as a new and very attractive equipment for hot extraction of stringy oil are already usedin some USA oil fields. Structural features and design philosphy of under-ground steam generators are described together with a discussion on the return zone, flow field and temperature field of the combustion chamber, and on the different factors that influence combustion. The paper thus provides a reliable base for designing under-ground steam generators with high pressure combustion. Figs 9, table 1 and refs 14.
