摘　　要： 啤酒废水对环境造成的严重污染不容忽视。简介了近年来我国革新的啤酒废水处理技术及其在工程实践中的应用情况,重点介绍了生物处理技术的新近研究成果,并建议采用UASB技术处理啤酒废水。综述了清洁生产及废水资源化等问题。提出了综合治理啤酒废水的见解。 The serious environmental pollution brought by brewage wastewater shouldn't be neglected. This paper introduces the innovatory brewage wastewater treatment technique and its application in China. Purification, wastewater utilization and the recent study of biological treatment method are also presented. UASB is recommended to the treatment of brewage wastewater. At last, the synthesis treatment method is put forward.
