摘　　要： 采用声光调制器 (AOM)对脉冲 Nd:YAG激光进行腔内调制 ,提高激光脉冲的峰值功率。获得了脉宽 2 0 0 ns的激光脉冲列 ,脉冲列的重复频率为 5～ 5 0 k Hz,脉冲能量为 30～ 80 m J,最大脉冲峰值功率为 4 0 0 k W,光束质量为 3mm mrad。 The acousto optic modulator (AOM) is used in cavity to modulate a pulse Nd:YAG laser for improving peak power of the laser pulse.The set up and Q switching pulse sequence of laser were given.The laser pulse sequence with duration of 200 ns typically was obtained.The repetition rate of the laser pulse is 5～50 kHz,the pulse energy is 30～80 mJ,and the peak power is more than 400 kW with a beam parameter product about 3 mm mrad.
