摘　　要： 段业是"五胡十六国"中北凉政权最初的统治者。本文考述了他与杜进、吕光、沮渠男成、沮渠蒙逊、秃发乌孤、秃发利鹿孤、李等人的关系,认为段业在凉州的成功首先与后凉复杂的政治及民族形势有关,而段业最后的失国亡身,除了其"儒素长者、无他权略"的性格因素外,关键在于他没能也不可能把握当时北凉错综复杂的民族关系,从而制定出有利于民族融合和民族制衡的政策。 This paper makes a textual research into the relationship between Duan Ye, the ruler of Northern Liang in the period of 'five minority nationalities and sixteen kingdoms', and Du Jin, Lu Guang, Juqu Nancheng, Juqu Mengxun, Tufa Wugu, Tufa Lilugu, Li Hao. It is pointed out that Duan Ye's success in Liangzhou is related to Later Liang's complicated political and ethnic situation while the fall of his dynasty and his death lie in that he was unable and it is possible for him to grasp the complex ethnic relationship so as to work out a policy to merge nationalities at that time, except his indecisiveness and his lack of ingenuity as a Confucian scholar.
