摘 要: 采用减摩耐磨剂、滑石粉与尼龙6共混改性制备了导向套用减摩耐磨低收缩尼龙复合材料,研究了导向套的配方和成型工艺,介绍了导向套零件高低温试验的条件及过程。试验结果表明,尼龙6导向套产品的尺寸稳定性得到了大幅度的改善,研制的导向套用尼龙复合材料满足了产品的性能要求。 Antifrictional & wear-resistant and low shrinkage Nylon composite for guide sleeve was prepared by means of blending antifriction & wear-resisting agent, talcum powder and PA6. The formulation and molding process of the guide sleeve were also studied. The condition and process of the high & low temperature test for the guide sleeve were introduced. The results showed that the dimensional stability of PA6 guide sleeve was greatly improved and the developed Nylon composite for the guide sleeve met the per-fomance demand.
