摘 要: 提出了通过叶轮与蜗壳迭代计算来求解蜗壳内流场的方法,该方法边界条件处理简单,并能在并不增加很多计算量的基础上模拟出蜗壳进口周向流动的非均匀性,从而突破了在计算单个蜗壳时,其进口只能给均匀边界条件的局限性. 通过对一蜗壳的试算结果表明,在设计工况下,蜗壳进口周向流动比较均匀,而在变工况下,特别在蜗舌附近,流动的非均匀性要强烈得多. A numerical method is presented to predict the circumferential distortion of the flow in the volute by an iterative updating numerical procedure for both the impeller and volute. By such method, flow field of a centrifugal blower volute is calculated. The results show: in the designed working condition, the circumferential distortion of the flow in the volute inlet is negligible; while drifting off the designed working condition inlet flow distortion is very strong and makes the mass flow deviate far from the uniform distribution.
