摘　　要： 农业产业化组织形态的基本类型是“公司 +农户” ,这是一种介于完全的企业和纯粹的市场交易之间的中间组织形态 ,由于中间组织形态的过渡性特征 ,必须引入组织中介 ,形成新的组织形式———“龙头企业 +合作社 +农户”或“龙头企业 +大户 +农户”。这种组织变革在一定程度上弥补了原有制度缺陷 ,从而在实践中日益发展成为农业产业化的更高级组织形态。 Company + Peasant Households' is a basic type in the organizational formation of agricultural industrialization, and is an intermediate organizational formation between complete enterprises and pure market transactions. Because of its transitional characteristics, it is necessary to introduce the organizational intermediary to form a new organizational formation --'Dominant Enterprises + Cooperatives + Peasant Households' or 'Dominant Enterprises + Large Families + Peasant Households'. Such an organizational reform can remedy in some degree the defects in former system, so as to become the major organizational formation of agricultural industrialization in the day-to-day development.
