摘　　要： 城市贫困监测是解决城市贫困问题的基础 ,具有政治、经济、社会和科学研究等方面的重要意义 ,其主要任务是定期测算城市贫困标准、进行贫困描述及监督并评价城市扶贫政策与措施。当前我国城市贫困监测工作仍处于起步阶段 ,应逐步确立包括组织制度、经费制度、运作制度和信息制度等在内的贫困监测的整体制度 ,是当前我国城市贫困监测工作乃至扶贫工作的重要内容。 The monitoring of urban poverty is the foundation of solution of urban poverty problem.It has the important significance in the parts of politics,economy,society and scientific research etc.The primary task is to measure and calculate regularly the standard of urban poverty,go in poverty description and access the policy and measures of urban aid-the-poor.Now the job of monitoring of urban poverty is still in the its beginning stages.So we should gradually establish the whole system,operated system and technological system etc.It is the important content of the job of monitoring of urban poverty and the job of aid-the-poor in our country at the stage.
