摘 要: 目前高校课堂教学质量评估体系及其实施过程存在着评价目的的利益化、评价主体的单一化、评价标准制定的单向化及评价标准的滞后性等问题。因此,基于现代教育新理念,应加强教学质量评估的目的性和针对性;提高教学质量评估的导向性和实效性;促进教学质量评估的民主化、人性化;建立关注学生发展、重视以学论教、促进教师专业成长为指导的新型高校课堂教学质量评估标准。 Through a survey and reflection on the current college classroom teaching evaluation system and its practices( taking Huizhou university as an Example),it is found that problems exist such as the aim of evaluation being utilitarian,the implementer of the evaluation being unitary,the framing of the evaluation standard being unilateral,the retardation of the evaluation standard,etc. Therefore, based on modern and new educational ideas,it is necessary to strengthen the intentionality and pertinence,to improve the guidance nature and effectiveness of the teaching quality evaluation,and to make the evaluation more democratic and human,thus to form new standards of college classroom teaching quality evaluation with the guidelines of paying attention to the development of students,evaluating teaching through the learning of the student and promoting the professional development on the teacher's part.
