摘　　要： 笔者和课题组在汕头大学进行了基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)的大学英语视听说课程教学设计。该项研究以成果导向教育理论为基础,制定了一份符合该校本科人才培养国际化定位的教学大纲,构建起以学生为中心,以成果为导向,适应学生个性发展的课程内容体系。 The writer and her team at Shantou University implement a project to design the curriculum for college English listeningand speaking class based on Outcome-Based Education(OBE). The foundation of this study is OBE. The purpose is to design a cur-riculum that correspond to the aim of Shantou University, that is, globalizing our undergraduate students. This study also constructa student centered and outcome based course that is suitable to students' individual development.
