摘　　要： 综述了紫外可见光谱在生物无机化学各方面应用中的最新进展和独特之处 ,探讨了紫外可见光谱研究金属离子与生物分子相互作用的基本原理及所得主要信息。 The lastest progress and distinctiveness in the application of UV spectroscopy in bioin chemistry is reviewed.The fundamental principle and information in the analysis of the interaction between the metal ions and biological molecules by UV spectroscopy are discussed.
