摘　　要： 大学精神是大学发展建设中最核心、最宝贵的财富,有着丰富的内涵。众多学者分别从学理概念、价值角度、发展过程对大学精神进行了深入的探讨和研究。认为大学精神既是抽象无形的,又是具体可感的,并从大学的功能、物化内容、制度化内容和核心内容等四部分来分析理解大学精神。 University spirit is the pith and marrow of a university and embraces an abundance of connotations.A number of scholars have conducted in-depth studies on this subject from doctrinal and conceptual,developmental and value perspectives.This research proposes that university spirit is both intangibly abstract and tangibly concrete,and can be interpreted as functional part,materialized part,institutionalized part as well as core part.
