摘　　要： 如何让每个学生主动地维护班集体的名誉,共同为创建一个团结向上的良好集体而自觉地付出自己的努力,在活泼互动的集体环境和人际氛围中学习成长,这是班主任工作首要又艰巨的任务。其关键就是建设一个体现师生共同心理和精神的、具有强凝聚力的班集体。 A class director's work finds its worth in its arduousness and importance.It is to work up his students' consciousness and initiative in creating a lively,endeavoring and harmonious class to which every student contributes his share.The key to this aim is to form a strong-centered class entity which represents the shared mentality and value of the teachers and students as a whole.
