摘　　要： 该文利用问题式问卷和语义差别法对珠海市莲花路商业街现状进行了实态调查,并利用计算机对调查数据作了平均值分析、相关分析、因子分析等多元统计分析,得到明确的以数据作表述的结论,作为步行商业街下一步规划的参考。 The status of mall of LianHua road in ZhuHai were surveyed by means of questionnaire and Semantic Differential method(SD). Based on the analysis of its result, the mean, correlation and factorial analysis were performed. The definite conclusion of investigation and analysis is represented on data, At last, it is pointed out the application perspective of SD.
