微膨胀水泥稳定碎石在高等级公路基层中的应用技术研究(Ⅰ)

摘  要: 随着国民经济的高速发展,车辆大型化、重载、超载、渠化交通等使传统结构形式的沥青混凝土路面经受着严峻的考验,特别是超重车辆日益增多,更需要严格控制路面质量,充分发挥各结构层材料最大效能。本文通过试验研究膨胀剂对水泥稳定碎石干缩的影响以及降低基层裂缝率的效果,并进行试验路的铺筑,跟踪观测裂缝的发生规律。由试验及调查的裂缝结果得出的结论是膨胀剂的掺入对于降低水泥稳定碎石的裂缝有明显作用。 With the rapid development of the national economy, asphalt concrete roads are undergoing the severe tests from large, overweight and overloading vehicles and canalization transportation. The increasing number of the overweight vehicles ,which are especially mentioned here, requires a stricter control of the quality of the roads and brings the maximum effectiveness of the materials of the various structural layers into full play. Through tests the author studies the influence on the mixing of the expander in the cement to stabilize the broken stones, as well as to reduce the crack of the basic layer, and tests road’s paving and tracks the occurring law of the crack rate. The conclusion from the tests and investigations is that the mixing of the expander in the cement plays an prominent role in reducing the crack to stabilize the broken stones .
