摘　　要： 公路工程概预算是一项工程量大 ,非常繁琐的工作 ,耗用人力多 ,编制时间长 .传统手算已经不能满足工程实践的需要 ,开发概预算软件是提高概预算编制质量和效率的有效途径 .利用Excel能使初学者既掌握计算机编程 ,又熟悉概预算的编制 。 The budget estimates and budget making for highway works is a work which is macro_amount and manifold. The work needs multi_manpower and long time. Traditional hand_made budget already can't satisfy the requirement of practical works. To exploit computer software is an available way to improve the quality and efficiency of budget and budget estimates making. To make budget using Excel Apply software is able to effectually overcome the tickler. It sends the compiler has both a good grasp computer program and familiarity with budget and budget estimates procedure. It is an effectual method of making budget and budget estimates.
