摘　　要： 提出快速反应和信息共享在供应链管理中的重要性,给出了零售商有随机促销活动条件下,零售商和生产商的订货决策,分别研究了需求信息共享和缩短提前期对供需双方的影响,最后讨论了合作策略的实施。 The importance of quick response and information sharing on SCM is presented, the ordering decisions of the retailer and manufacturer with random promoting are given, the effects of information sharing and cutting lead time on demander and supplier are researched- Finally, the actualization of cooperation is discussed.
