摘　　要： 本研究选用5种中草药(陈皮、丁香、洋葱、生姜和大蒜)浸提液作为实验材料,以触球法开展不同中草药对淇河鲫(Carassius auratus in Qihe River)诱食效果的初步研究。通过记录淇河鲫触碰试剂球次数,结合统计学检验,比较评价5种中草药浸提液对淇河鲫的诱食效果。结果显示:陈皮、丁香、洋葱、生姜和大蒜均具有诱食效果,其强弱顺序依次为:陈皮>大蒜>丁香>生姜>洋葱。陈皮、丁香、洋葱、生姜和大蒜可作为淇河鲫天然植物诱食剂的优良原料,为新型饲料添加剂的研发提供理论依据。 Taking the extract liquid of five kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs(dried citrus peel, clove, onion,ginger and garlic) as experimental materials, we conducted an experiment to test the food calling effects of these materials on the Carassius auratus in Qihe River. We compared and evaluated their food calling effect by recording the times of touching of reagent balls and statistics tests. The result showed that all these materials had food calling effect and their effectiveness in descending order was as follows: dried citrus peel > garlic > clove > ginger >onion. All these materials could be used as good raw material for natural botanical phagostimulant of Carassius auratus in Qihe River. The current study thus provided theoretical basis for the research and development of new-type feed additive.
