摘　　要： 当前我国的现实情况是发展的同时伴随着种种沉重代价的付出,因此必须通过提高实践主体的科学文化素质、合理化其实践观念,建立健全实践活动的评价体系,以合理实践抑制发展过程中的代价,实现社会进步。 Our reality is that development is accompanied with the heavy price to pay,so you must practice the main scientific and cultural qualities,rationalize their practice the concept of the establishment of sound practice evaluation system,a reasonable practice suppression in the development process the cost of achieving social progress.
