摘 要: 本文设计的液压注塑机伺服控制系统,采用压力、流量双闭环控制,结合了伺服电机快速的无级调速特性和液压油泵的自主调节油压特性,是一种实现液压驱动注塑机节能的新型液压伺服泵驱动与控制技术。性能测试表明,液压注塑机伺服泵控制系统对于降低能耗,提高响应速度和压力控制精度,具有明显的技术优势。 The Servo control system of hydraulic injection molding machine is designed in this paper,which is controlled by using double closed loop of pressure and flow amount,combined with the servo motor drive stepless speed regulation characteristic and hydraulic pump self-regulating pressure characteristic. It is a new type of hydraulic servo pump drive and control technology to realize hydraulic injection molding machine energy-saving. The performance test shows that the hydraulic injection molding machine servo pump control system has obvious technical advantages on reducing energy consumption,improving the response speed and pressure control precision.
