摘 要: 运用信息论的基本原理来估计一幅图像中可以嵌入的信息量,就是水印信道的理论容量问题。文章首先给出了水印信道的模型,然后分析了DCT系数的分布特点并从理论上估计了水印信道的容量,最后给出了相应的实验结果。 Digital watermarking technology has evolved very quickly during the last few years.Most watermarking research are focused on the algori thms of water-marking signal de-sign,em-bedding and recovery,but a few on some key problems such as the theoretical ca-pacity of image.In this paper ,a model of wa-termarking channel is intro-duced as a commu-nication system ,and the distribution characteristic of still image DCT co-efficients is ana-lyzed then.Accord-ing to basic princi-ple of information theo-ry,the capaci-ty of watermarking channel is evaluat-ed by means of embedding water-marks t o selected still image DCT co-efficients in direct spread spectrum.Finally,th eoretical expressions are con-trasted with ex-periment results.
