摘　　要： 文章以柳青小说《创业史》中的人物高增福为例,借助于舍勒的哲学人类学思想,探讨了怨恨在中国当代社会主义新人的成长中的动力作用及其发生机制,提出了从人的内在精神结构之变迁这个角度来探讨中国的现代性问题之必要性及其可能。文章认为,《创业史》中的高增福这个人物形象,提供了社会主义新人如何在乡土中国的本土语境中被建构起来的完整过程。在这个过程中,舍勒所说的怨恨被合理化地组织起来,成为了社会主义新人成长的内在精神动力。 With Gao Zeng-fu,a character in Liu Qing's novel The Story of Doing Pioneering Work as an example and based on Sheler's philosophical and anthropological thought,this paper probed into the impetus and the evolving mechanism of enmity in the growth of the contemporary Chinese socialist persons of a new type,elucidating the necessity and possibility of exploring China's modernity in the perspective of the change of man's inherent mental structure.It is opined in the paper that Gao Zeng-fu in The Story of Doing Pioneering Work has presented the entire process of how a socialist person of a new type has been fostered in the context of rural China,and that in the course of such a process Sheler's concept of enmity has been rationally administered to become the innate spiritual impetus to the growth of the socialist persons of a new type.
