摘 要: 运用查找资料法、实验测试法、原理分析法,从人体结构、运动机制和力学角度,对腾空后扣杀排球肌肉做功瞬间的能量积累、传递和爆发形式、扣球最后用力阶段的定义等进行了分析,结果发现,人体腾空后能量的产生途径有两条,而能量的爆发有效途径只有一条;人体腾空后多关节链扣杀排球的能量是在人体双腿离地瞬间产生的,能量的爆发是在人体落地开始的瞬间达到最大值,人体腾空越高,多关节链的旋转、拉长越充分,弦长越短,产生的能量越大,扣杀排球的力量越大. By methods of material searching,experiment and principles analysis,study on the forms of instantaneous energy accumulation,transfer and burst while muscles are functioning in volleyball spiking after flying and on the definition of final strength exertion stage in spiking from the angle of men's body structure,locomotor mechanism and mechanics. The results show that after flying,there are two effective ways to produce energy but only one way for the energy to burst; the energy of spiking from the multi-joint chain is produced immediately when the player leaves the ground with both feet and the energy burst reaches its highest point immediately when the player falls back to the ground; the higher the player flies,the fuller the multi-joint chain rotates and stretches,and the shorter the chord length is,the more energy is produced and the more powerful the spiking is.
