摘 要: 介绍了在低速增压风洞模型支撑系统中以单片机为核心构建的角度机构控制系统。该控制系统利用单片机接口电路实现了对伺服电机的控制及与上位机之间通信、数据传输,解决了模型支撑系统中由于机械回差带来的精度问题以及角度机构支杆非线性运动带来的模型控制问题,达到了风洞试验要求的控制精度。 An angle mechanism control system,taking SCM as a core,in the low speed pressurized wind tunnel model support system is introduced. This system uses the interface circuit of SCM to realize the control of the servomotor and the communication and data transfer among the master computers and to solve the problems of the unaccuracy caused by the mechanical backlash and of the model control caused by the nonlinear movement of the angle mechanism bearing rod in the model support system. The military control precision required by the wind tunnel test is achieved.
