摘 要: 当今世界汉语教学蓬勃发展,世界各地对汉语教师的需求日益增加。本文以"动机教学策略"为切入点,通过对比52位即将赴海外任教的汉语教师志愿者与104位汉语学习者对44项动机教学策略的认识异同,来分析前者在走上正式的汉语国际教育岗位时所应具备的动机教学策略意识,希望能为教师志愿者或相关培训工作者提供有益的参考。 Based on a questionnaire survey of 104 international students learning Chinese in China and 52 Chinese volunteer teachers who are going abroad to teach Chinese, this study investigates and analyzes the research targets' perceptions of the importance of 44 motivational teaching strategies. The results indicate that strategies related to teachers' attitudes, teacher-student relationship, and class atmosphere have been agreed to be important ones by both the teachers and students. However, the two groups show a difference in opinion on the importance of certain strategies related to specific teaching methods. In light of the research findings, this article puts forward some suggestions for teachers of Chinese and teacher trainers.
