摘　　要： 香港高校主要通过"大学联合招生方法"招收本土学生。联招方法主要以"为学生服务"为出发点。其特点主要是,在院校申请和专业选择的时候,有足够的时间以指导学生;实行入学考试、水平考试和选拔考试相结合的形式,由电脑派位,以保证公平。 Universities in Hong Kong enroll native secondary school graduates via the Joint University Programs Admissions System (JUPAS). The basic value of this method is "all for students". The main characteristic of the JUPAS method is that students will have enough time and guidance when they apply for colleges and choose their majors,and at the same time colleges will arrange some consultants for students to get needed information. The examination of students’ admission adopts two methods: general examination and selective examination. The procedure of enrollment is allocation by computers to keep justice.
