摘　　要： 自我意象是积极心理学的重要研究课题。本文首先探讨了自我意象的特点及其与应试的关系。然后,从积极自我意象是乐观主义的特质,可有效发挥内部动机的作用,发挥较高的自我效能感,防止习得性无助,同时又是一种积极的心理准备和智慧思维等几个方面剖析了积极自我意象的心理因素。最后,文章又从可操作的层面探讨了应试过程中积极自我意象的培养途径。 Ego-imago is an important studying item of Positive Psychology. This article firstly dis-cusses the specialties of ego-imago and also its connection with examination. And then, this article analyses the. psychological factors of Positive Ego-imago from several aspects, such as the Positive Ego-imago is the particularity of optimism, it can effectively exert the inner-motivation function and the higher self-efficiency, it can prevent learning disabilities, it is also an active psychological preparation and wisdom thinking. Finally, this article discusses the cultivating methods about Positive Ego-imago in examination from the exercisable point of view.
