园林绿化废弃物联合餐厨垃圾好氧堆肥的“推流”工艺及应用研究

摘  要: 介绍了一种新型的园林绿化废弃物堆肥工艺,该工艺通过粉碎、物料调理、发酵槽发酵、筛分4个环节对园林绿化废弃物进行堆肥处理。其中物料调理利用了餐厨垃圾的初级发酵品,并回流添加了堆肥后筛分出的辅料,同时还添加了GSE-1复合生物菌剂。在运行过程中,物料从最初的进口向最终的出口"推流式"移动。该工艺实现了园林绿化废弃物堆肥的快速升温、除臭、木质素纤维素的快速降解,可使物料快速腐熟,并连续地获得优质有机肥。目前,该工艺已应用在佛山新城的园林绿化废弃物处理实践中。 A novel composting process of garden waste was introduced in this paper. The composting process included crushing,material pre-treatment,fermentation and screening. Primary fermentation of kitchen waste,reflux auxiliary material,GSE- 1 microbial inoculum were utilized together to improve the degradation performance of the garden waste. After 20 days of composting,the material could move from the entrance to the exit of the process. The application effects showed that the process had the characteristics of rapid heating,odor removing,rapid lignocellulose degradation and decomposition. By the end of the fermentation process,high quality organic fertilizer was obtained. At present,the co-composting process has been used in the disposal of garden waste in Foshan Metro.
