木醋液对牛粪堆制过程重金属(Cu、Zn)调控作用探究

摘  要: 采用生物质木醋液作为添加剂,研究牛粪堆肥前后重金属Cu和Zn的变化。共6个处理,分别为添加0.2%、0.35%、0.5%、0.65%和0.8%的木醋液及对照组,将其标记为CL1、CL2、CL3、CL4、CL5和CK。Cu的钝化效果依次为CL5>CK>CL4>CL3>CL1>CL2,其中添加0.80%木醋液处理下Cu的钝化效果最佳,为18.78%;Zn的钝化效果依次为CL2>CL5>CL4>CL1>CL3>CK,其中添加0.35%木醋液处理下的Zn的钝化效果最佳为8.25%。同时在堆肥处理过程中Cu的钝化效果波动较小,而Zn的钝化效果波动较大,表现为不稳定,同时为了以后进一步的研究,防止堆肥过程中"浓缩效应"、"螯合作用"、"稀释作用"和环境变化共同作用导致波动变化的进一步发生。要保证钝化效果的稳定并达到干扰最小化,应尽量增大堆体,扩大木醋液的处理梯度,延长堆肥期,防止次要因素大于木醋液处理后的钝化效果。 The biomass wood vinegar was used as cow dung compost additives to study the change of heavy metal copper and zinc before and after the composting.A total of six treatments were done,adding respectively 0.20%,0.35 %,0.50%,0.65 %,0.80 % of the wood vinegar and control group,they were marked as CL1,CL2,CL3,CL4,CL5 and CK.The passivation effect of Cu was in the order of CL5 > CK > CL4 > CL3 > CL1 > CL2,and the best passivation effect of Cu was to add 0.80% wood vinegar,which was 18.78%.The passivation effect of Zn was in the order of CL2 > CL5 > CL4 > CL1 > CL3 > CK,and the best passivation effect of Zn was 8.25%,with 0.35% wood vinegar.The change in passivation effect of Cu was less,and the zinc passivation effect lead to large fluctuations during the compost process,which showed on instability.Meanwhile,in order to further study,combination role of 'concentrated effect','chelation','dilution effect'and environmental change was prevented to avaid fluctuations during the composting process.It is necessary to ensure the stability of the passivation effect,minimize interference,try to increase the volume of compost,expand treatment of wood vinegar gradient,extend the composting period,prevent the effect of secondary factors from being greater than the passivation effect of wood vinegar treatment composting.
