摘　　要： 光电子谱中的背景信号包含样品的信息 ,但过去往往被忽略。实际上通过分析背景信号 ,可以获得成分随深度分布等信息。本文介绍Tougaard背景拟合法及其在光电子谱深度剖析中的应用。 The background of X ray Photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectrum,which was often neglected in the past,may provide valuable information on surface morphology and depth profile. Tougaard fitting algorithm,an effective technique to derive information on surface properties from the background of XPS spectrum,was briefly discussed with specific examples.
