摘 要: 在研究传统旋转法测量流体粘度的基础上,结合我国目前注聚井井下聚合物溶液粘度无法测量的具体情况,提出了一种以单片机为控制核心的新式井下粘度仪设计方案,具体阐述了硬件电路设计和软件程序设计。实验结果表明:该仪器达到了要求的测量精度。 Basing on studying traditional rotation method's working principle for fluid viscosity measurement and through having difficulty in measuring viscosity of the polymer solution in oil-stratified injection well considered,the design of a new MCU-cored underground viscosimeter was proposed; and the design of its hardware circuit and software program was described. The experimental results prove its measurement accuracy as required.
