摘　　要： 为解决配电网中馈线段设备参数不全、电缆与架空馈线混合构架、关键量测点缺失等现实问题,提出了一种不依赖于广域潮流计算的配电网状态估计数据辨识与修正实用化方法。该方法基于最小配电区域,通过对电缆与架空线混合网络的最小配电区域划分,建立了配电网父子分层模型;依靠该分层模型,讨论了母线电压的分布规律,提出了一种描述母线电压量测可信度的电压质量评价指标;讨论了开关遥测值分布规律,给出了一种描述开关遥测值质量评价指标;依靠开关遥测值质量指标,给出了一种开关遥信质量评价指标;根据开关遥测质量指标、开关遥信质量指标及母线电压质量指标分别给出了开关遥测值、遥信值、母线电压的配电网状态估计数据辨识与修正方法。该方法能较好解决电缆与架空馈线混合网络中,量测数据较全,而坏数据量不大情况下的配电网状态估计量测数据辨识与修正。该量测值及其量测质量指标可以作为高级应用的源数据使用,也可以作为加权最小二乘状态估计的输入值及权重使用。实例表明所提方法可行。 To solve such practical problems as the device parameter insufficiency in the distribution network feeder segment,hybrid structure of cables and overhead feeder,the key measurement point deficit,this paper proposes a distribution state estimation data identification and correction method,independent of the flow calculation. Based on the minimum distribution area,this method establishes the parent-child hierarchical model of the distribution network through the minimum distribution zoning for mixed network of cables and overhead lines. The hierarchical model is employed to discuss the law of bus voltage distribution,and proposes a voltage quality evaluation description of the bus voltage measurement credibility. Switch telemetry value distribution is discussed,and evaluation index for switch telemetry quality is presented,and thereupon the evaluation index for switch telesignalling quality. According to switch telemetering quality indicators,the switch telesignalling quality indicators and bus voltage quality indicators, the distribution state estimation data identification and correction of telemetering value,telesignalling value and bus voltage value are put forward. The method can better solve distribution state estimation data identification and correction problem in the mixed network of cables and overhead feeder. The measured values and measurement quality evaluation indicators can not only be used as source data for advanced applications,but also be used as input values and weights of weighted least square method. The examples show that the proposed method is feasible.
