摘　　要： 本文在分析了绿色壁垒的定义、产生与发展的原因和特点的基础上,讨论了我国目前存在的严重的境外污染转移和外商投资污染密集产业等问题,最后分析了我国建立绿色壁垒的原因。 Based on the analysis of the definition,the origin and development as well as traits of'Green Barriers',the authors discuss the existing problems of severe pollution transference across the frontier and foreign investment in pollution -intensive industries in China.At last the authors analyze the reasons for the establishment of'Green Barriers″in China.
