摘　　要： 和平县是我国猕猴桃自然分布的南界,也是广东省唯一的猕猴桃产区。全县已种猕猴桃2000多公顷,投产200多公顷,并建立起一个年加工能力5000吨的猕猴桃果汁加工厂,初步形成种植、加工、市场相互配套的产供销体系,其产业化经营已经初具规模。针对和平县猕猴桃产业的现状,提出:在科学夼局的基础上,有计划地进行品种更新;实施全程GAP,开展无公害优质生产:发展猕猴桃保鲜加工技术,对低档是产品进行加工和对高档产品进行保鲜,增加初级产品附加值;是建立灵敏高效的市场营销网络,走种植、加工、销售一体化的产业化经营的发展道路:四是按国际标准或先进国家的标准组织生产,尽快地与国际市场接轨。 Heping County of Guangdong Province is the south edge of Actinidia distribution in China and the sole Actinidia fruit production area. In Heping County, there are over 2000 ha of Actinidia plantationin which over 200 ha put into production and a fruit juice factory in which 5000 tons of Actinidia juice may be produced. The suggestions for Heping Actinidia production are as follow: renewal of varieties in a planned way, GAP prodction without social effects of pollution, development of storage and processing techniques, establishment of market net, and producing as international standard.
