摘 要: 基于铅可以对十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB) -四磺基锰酞菁 (MnTSPc) -DNA共振光散射(RLS)体系产生强烈的敏化作用 ,从而建立了测定痕量铅的灵敏的RLS新方法 .该法的线性为 0 .0- 4.0× 10 6 mol/L ,检出限 3δ)为 8.5 6× 10 8mol/L ,对 1.0× 10 6 mol/L的铅标准溶进行连续 9次平等测定 ,相对标准偏差为 1.6 % .我们用该法对实际水样进行了分析测量 。 Based on the sensitizing effect of lead on the resonance light-scattering system between manganese-tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine(MnTSPc) and deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA),a novel RLS method was been established,Under the suitable conditions,the RLS intensity was linear with lead concentration in the range of 0.0-4.0×10 6 mol/L.The detection limit was 8.56×10 8 mol/L and the relative standard deviation(R.S.D) was 1.6% for 1.0×10 6 mol/L lead(n=9).
