摘　　要： 以目前高等学校普遍开展的创新工程大讨论为背景 ,以知识经济时代高级工程人才所应具备的创新精神和工程能力为出发点 ,分析了目前我国人才培养的不足之处 ,探讨了高等工科院校如何适应国家创新体系的要求 ,如何营造适合创新人才成长的环境等问题 ,从知识、能力和创新精神的培养方面 ,提出了一些具体措施 。 On the basis of recent discussion about innovation project in university and innovatory spirit and engineering ability which expert engineers must have in the Knowledge Economy Times,this paper analyzes the deficiency of present education system,discusses the way in which an engineering university meets the needs of national innovation system and constructs environment for developing innovatory talent and so forth.Then it puts forward some concrete measures to cultivate knowledge,ability and innovatory spirit,and some suggestions to promote education reform in the new era.
