摘 要: 研究了中性亚硫酸盐苇浆的过氧化物漂白。结果表明 ,过氧乙酸 (Pa)的脱木素及漂白效果均优于以钼酸钠为催化剂的酸性过氧化氢漂白。Pa段的适宜工艺条件是 :过氧乙酸用量 1 .2 % ,pH7.0 ,温度 70℃ ,浆浓 1 2 % ,时间 3 0min。后续的碱性H2 O2 漂白 (P)的适宜工艺条件为 :H2 O2 用量 2 % ,Na2 SO31 % ,MgSO4 用量 0 .2 % ,NaOH/H2 O2 =1 .8,浆浓 1 2 % ,温度 70℃ ,时间 1 2 0min。多段漂白的Q Pa P P程序优于Q Pa P Pa,更优于Q P Pa P(Q段工艺条件 :DTPA用量 0 .4 % ,常温 ,时间 3 0min)。Q Pa P P程序可使中性亚硫酸盐苇浆的白度达 81 % (d/o)。 This paper describes the study of peroxide bleaching for neutro-sulfite reed pulp. The result shows that the effect of per-acetic acid(Pa)for lignin removal and bleaching is superior to the acidic hydrogen peroxide bleaching with Na 2MoO 4 as catalyst. The suitable condition of Pa stage is :1.2%CH 3COOOH, pH7.0, 70?℃,12%pulp consistency, 30?min.The condition of the subsequent treatment is: 2%H 2O 2 ,1% Na 2SiO 3, 0.2% MgSO 4, NaOH/ H 2O 2=1.8, 12% pulp consistency,70?℃ ,120?min. Multistage bleaching Q-Pa-P-P is superior to Q-Pa-P-Pa, and more superior to Q-P-Pa-P(Q stage condition:0.4%DTPA, normal temperature, 30?min). Neutro-sulfite reed pulp can be bleached to a high brightness of 81%(d/o) with the Q-Pa-P-P procedure.
