摘　　要： 报道了苏铁的一种新病害—苏铁镰刀菌球茎腐烂病。该病危害成年苏铁 ,引起苏铁球茎腐烂 ,整株死亡 ,发病株率达 2 5 %。该病全年均可发生 ,高温高湿季节及下半年发病较重 ,在苏铁栽培区造成较大危害。通过对病组织分离、纯化、培养、接种及培养菌的致病性测定 ,鉴定其病原为茄腐皮镰刀菌Fusariumsolani(Mart.)App .etWoll.。 A new fungal disease of Cycas occurred in Guangdong,Fujian,Yunnan,Guangxi and Jiangxi in China.It made Cycas stem bulb rotten,and the whole plant died in the end,It occurred all year with an epidemic peak from May to December.By Koch's postulation,the pathogen was identified as Fusarium solani(Mart.)App.et Woll.Control methods are under study.
