摘　　要： 分析高校椭偏测厚实验在实验教学上出现的问题,采用Flash 5.0、Authorware5.0和VC++5.0为主要工具,成功地设计一套该实验的CAI软件,解决了早期版本存在的不足. The problems in the ellipsometer experiment teaching are analyzed. With the help of Flash 5.0, Authorware 5.0 and VC + + 5.0, a CAI software of the experiment has been successfully designed and the shortages in the earlier version have been solved. The practice shows that the effects of the assistant experiment teaching are excellent.
