摘 要: 描述了旋喷结合分解炉内气体流动的基本运动方程,提出了用重整化群(renormalization group)K-ε方法处理旋喷结合分解炉数值模拟的方法,并针对工程应用中的分解炉进行了模拟计算及分析比较。结果表明,数值模拟方法可与试验研究方法并存与互补,共同用于分解炉的优化开发设计。 A three-dimensional mathematical model for simulating the gas flow in pre-calciner with rotational and gushing effect is developed by means of renormalization group K -ε turbulence model and the SIMPLE method. The simulation results are analyzed and compared with the experimental results, which show that the experiment method and the simulation method are complementary and can be used together to optimize the design of pre-calciners.
