摘 要: 加入WTO以后,技术性贸易措施的贸易保护主义,已经成为我国主要出口蔬菜及动物源性食品出口的主要障碍,对我国的农产品出口带来巨大的挑战,只有在充分研究国外食品安全标准的基础上,尽快制定、建立和完善适合我国国情并与国际接轨的质量与安全评价体系,才能打破国外技术性贸易壁垒,保护我国主要农产品的出口,限制国外不合格产品的进口,促进农业的可持续发展,为我国国民经济健康发展提供有力保障。 After China joined the WTO,the trade protectionism has already become the biggest obstacle for the main vegetable and animal food export.This poses a great challenge for the export of china's agricultural products.Only on the basis of adequate research of the food security regulations and standards of the developed countries,then formulating,establishing and consummating the evaluation system of food quality and security as soon as possible,the foreign technological barriers to trade can be penetrated.And after that,the main agroproducts export can be protected and the foreign imported products of low quality can be restricted,and in the end the food security standard system will serve for the healthy development of agricultural industry and our country's economy.
