摘　　要： 以参加 1995年世界田径锦标赛获得男子标枪前 12名的运动员为研究对象 ,拓宽了掷标枪助跑最后两步“速度—节奏结构”的时相。研究结果表明 ,增补的时相 ,交叉步腾空时间、双支撑持续时间与标枪成绩的关联度较高。形成双支撑时间、引枪结束左脚支撑时间与标枪成绩具有中等关联度。统计得出的投掷步最后两步“速度—节奏结构”常模 。 Taking the athletes ranking the first 12 at 1995 World Track and Field Championship as the objects of study,the author tried to lengthen “speed rhythm structure” of the last two steps. The result proved that the time supplemented,the jumping time of cross steps,sustaining time of double support was highly related to the final results. The time forming double support and the time of finishing left leg support with withdraw was related to the final results in some degree. The model got could be reference for elite javelin throwers training.
