摘　　要： 根据海洋经济及海洋科技创新人才培养的目标 ,构建“通识教育 +专业教育 +创新教育” This paper analyzes the instructional objectives for innovative talents of marine science and technology, and then puts forward some countermeasures to establish a cultivated model composed of general knowledge education, professional knowledge education and innovating education.
