摘 要: 在吸光度为 2 10nm、流动相配比为甲醇∶乙腈∶水 =4 0∶2 0∶4 0的条件下 ,多效唑和比久均能得到很好的分离。比久的保留时间约为 3.19min ,多效唑的保留时间约为 11.83min。加标回收率 :比久为 10 8.6 9% ,多效唑为 90 .39%。 A method for determination of B 9 B 995 and PP 333 in mixture by HPLC has been developed. On the condition the absorbance at 210 nm, and flow phase rate of Methanol∶Acetonitrile∶Water was 40∶ 20∶40 , the retain time of B 9 B 995 and PP 333 was about 3.19 min and 11.83 min respectively. Recoverness from fortified samples were ranged from 90.39%~108.69%.
